MySQL not funtioning

When i attempt to make a database it goes through the steps but then fails to create one. no errors are given it says that it was done successfully. when i go to phpmyadmin it does not load and says that it cannon find the socket. It gives an error number of #2002.

You account is on the Absolut server which is currently being migrated to Fris. This is causing the issues you are describing. Things should be back to normal soon.
