MySQL Problem with Fantasico

I'm having a problem with MySQL and fantsasico, when i go into Fantasico, i get this error message saying:
"Fantastico is unable to connect to your MySQL server at this time. Please contact your host for assistance"is there something wrong with the MySQL server or something. I've checked my Account panel, and it says that MySQL is online, so whats wrong? And why can't Fantasico access it?

I have tried everything in those two threads and my Fantastico still has the same problem as CEOZacMoore.
