Mysql problem

I have mysql problem on lotus server:
SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]

Can't connect to MySQL server on 'mysql-lotus.x10hosting.com' (4) [2003]

when connecting to db on server and other mysql problem MySQL: No connection, possible configuration Error!

it appears today, how resolve it?

make sure you are using 'localhost' as DB_HOST in config.php

first error comes from forum that is located here, second comes from my connection website<--> other mysql base on other machine so in second i can't set localhost. yesterday everythink worked... on forum i change to local host, it works but how resolve second? i want from website connect to other machine with mysql base, how resolve it?
