MySQL Problems - Refreshing the cPanel Page

Hi there, recently I have been trying to make some stuff to work with my forum with the new release of phpBB3 and all. Look at the attachment below to get the general idea.

So I try and delete a database from MySQL's cPanel and nope, it just stays the same, and I try adding a database and nope stays frozen solid. What's happening?

Also if you need to delete any databases please get rid of:

nyllo_forum
nyllo_forums
nyllo_phpbb3
