MySql Query FUSH HOSTS responded with error

When i log into my site, i get the error "Host 'Ip address was here' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts' [1129]".

When i run:
FLUSH HOSTS

i get the error:
#1227 - Access denied; you need the RELOAD privilege for this operation

How can i fix this problem?
Also, this error is only for me i think. Check out my site if you want.

Can someone please help me, i need to fix this error so i can maintain the site.

Hello,

FLUSH HOSTS is not something that normal users are allowed to run, as it affects the entire MySQL server. Additionally, I am able to load your website and browse around it just fine. If you are still experiencing errors, please flush your browser cache

Yes i know you can view it but i cant. I released all my cache and still im not able to view it, is there a way to get around this? I really need to access my site.
