MySQL Remote Access

I added my IP Address and used the host name of "mysql.x10hosting.com" with username hackzer_hackzer and database being hackzer_test1 with the correct passwords, but I will can't access the database? I am using SQLyog and I have added my IP Address into the Remote Connection list. Could you manually enable it on your side or something because it wont work on mine

For security reasons the remote mysql is disabled.
