mySQL remote connection

Hello,

I'm trying to create an application that accesses the database created in X10 hosting to add data to it but I'm having problems finding the correct IP address to do that. Can I get some information on how to connect to it?
The purpose of the website is to display the data collected at my house by the computer that will add it to the database.

External access to the MySQL server is not allowed, so you won't be able to find an IP to use. This is to prevent abuse of the MySQL server and ensure that as much resources as possible are available for local users.
