Hi all,

There is a problem I can't rename the mysql database from
username_databaseName to just = databaseName
it saids access denied..

e.g. john_login (to) login
also does all database created have to have username_ prefix or can we change the settings somewhere in cpanel.

also is there something i need to do to enable php support is it auto enabled?

The databases have to have your cPanel name as a prefix. It's how the cPanel server is setup, same for the database user name.

PHP support is enabled by default but if you will be using features like mail, etc... you should upgrade your PHP version to intermediate. You can upgrade by going here:
http://x10hosting.com/login <-- Login with your FORUM user\pass. Bottom left select Intermediate PHP and submit the application.

thanks for the help...

so the php default i am on now is a basic one?
and the intermediate has support for more features like the personal email account and wordpress..etc..

is there any thing else that the intermediate has?

also is there any problems with the intermediate.. or downside?

thanks in advanced..

Yes, default is basic.

There are no downsides to getting intermediate. We start everyone out on Basic to help prevent abuse of the services, and it has helped A LOT.

Almost 99% of people get approved for intermediate. About 5% for Advanced ;)

I would apply for intermediate, if needed later, apply for Advanced.
