MySQL Server Connection Failure

My script is having trouble while connecting to the MySQL Server:

Discuz! info: Can not connect to MySQL server

Time: 2010-10-29 11:01pm
Script:
/index.php

Error: Can't connect to local MySQL server through
socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (111)
Errno.: 2002

Similar
error report has been dispatched to administrator before.

It was all right about 8 hours ago. I would like to ask whether it is my script's error or it is x10hosting server's error? (My Script is called "Discuz!", and it is the biggest open-source forum system in China, the version I used is officially translated into English)
