I Would like to know how to check what is my ip adress for mysql server?

From within x10hosting you use 'localhost'

If you are talking about remote access from outside x10hosting, it is not allowed.

The database host is "localhost" and can't be accessed externally (that is to say, your pc can't access the database on x10hosting), so if that's why you wanted the ipaddress, it won't help - the firewall will block the connection.
