MySQL won't connect

Hello guys. I'm trying to install Joomla and I'm getting this message:

Install Joomla 1.5 (2/3)
Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Access denied for user 'jacka'@'10.3.29.3' (using password: YES) in /tmp/cpanel_phpengine.1287071218.166051_Y5iH50Z_ on line 1640
Access denied for user 'jacka'@'10.3.29.3' (using password: YES)

I've changed the username and IP slightly for security reasons. But this is the message I'm getting. Any idea why?

I've just check and it goes for anything that I try to install -that requires connecting to mysql.
