i followed the tutorial and still have problems added the script and put in the remote sql and still doesnt work.

yes and i checked over them but when i add stoli.x10hosting.com in it doesnt show up i tried 50million times.

Same here. I changed the normal localhost in an ini file, to the mysql.x10hosting.com and stoli.x10hosting.com but still it doesn't grant access.

after adding new database users...

When I enter the mentioned addresses as host, to the Remote Mysql (or other) it says it's been entered but it doesn't give me feedback if it actually did. The list remains empty ...

The same for remote users and databases...

I am not new to CMS design, but this is out of my scope.
