I registered for the static plan because that is all the space i need but i guess i didnt notice that there arent any mysql's availible. Is there anyway that i can get a few without upgrading my plan?

You can only get them by paying a month(You get no ads with them to) or by upgrading your plan to either Advanced or Corporate.
