I cannot make a database.

SQL databases 0/0 I thought that I get a few for free with my account?

You have the "Static" hosting pacakge. This package doesn't bring MySQL databases.
You can upgrade your account to "Advanced" or "Corporate" (this packages have MySQL databases) if you want, at: http://x10hosting.com/account
Remember that if you upgrade to one of this two packages, you'll have to insert the correct Advertisement of the plan, on ALL your pages.
