i have been trying to create a Sql database on from my cpanel and i keep getting the message that i already have exceed my limit when i dont even have one yet anyone know what would cause this issue

You picked the 'static' plan which is actually being phased out. We used to only offer ad-enhanced plans with static being the lowest with no ads. I've adjusted the databases on your account now.
