mysqladmin flush-hosts

hey, im trying to install something and i got this error. i was wondering if i can get one of the system admins to flush it for me?

"..blocked because of many connection errors. Unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts'"

I've had this error in the past, and i'm curious as the db connections are inserted by the owner then how can there be any connection errors?

It's to the overall MySQL server not specifically that database.

actually you dont even need to do this, when i had this error a while back it automatically flushes and normally its a problem with your code not with the mysql server

you sure because i've also had this problem but talked to Bryon in privet and he took care of it

yah, i've had the same thing... but it was my own fault because of my scrpit... i'm not sure, maybe i'll test some things later on tonight and see

I believe once the MySQL service restarts it does this on it's own. I'm not sure. I know there has been times when the error occurs for a while without fixing itself, but also I know there have been times when it does "fix itself".
