EDIT: The title should be DNS Problems, not NDS, sorry xD
erm, I am not very good at this, since I don't 100% know what his happening, but I can't access my cPanel, or my site, or the forums I uploaded onto my space, a friend who helps with the site says that it is DNS problems, and that I need to ask to have my DNS reset...
Here is where the cPanel should be:

and the forums:

They are now all working, but he is saying that it should be done anyways, else these problems will continue to occur.
