Need a little help.

I accidentally deleted my standard cgi-bin that came with my account. Now when I created a cgi bin for a forum I get a forbidden access error, and when I tryed to chmod my files so they would be writable they automatically change back to there original permission setting.

Try to use the FTP Client like FileZilla to CHMOD the file

I used both the cpanel filemanager and filezilla but had the same problem. I may try again later though.
