You should have asked x10 if their TOS are copyrighted or not.
Well I saw your site, And I saw two kinds of mods absolute mods and linux mods and linux mod link has 404 error.I think your site is under development.Will you allow users to upload their mods so you put there clauses about file sharing?

there should only be a 404 for linux as thats not up yet, yes its under dev. and i will allow people to upload, BUT it must be submitted and reviewed before being placed on the site to avoid any problems
