My account runs a forum powered by SMF 1.1.6 at the address http://papers.pcriot.com/ps2
For the last 30-48h we have been experiencing an error that occours when users try to post with an attachment.
The error is the following:

406 Not Acceptable
Not Acceptable
An appropriate representation of the requested resource /ps2/index.php could not be found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/2.2.9 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.9 OpenSSL/0.9.8b mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 Server at papers.pcriot.com Port 80

In addition cPanel(http://papers.pcriot.com:2082) cannot be accessed.
Before the problem the forum has been running for several months without any problems we have not made any changes on our side.
Can you please give some assistance on how to solve the problem.
