Need banner made

I need a banner made that will fill up most of a 800x600

done care what it looks but make it buildish no way to describe it but use like hammers, nails, screw drivers. but don't make it look to kidish. this is a high school site

all i need it to say is

I'll work on it, I'm using 800x200 with a 300ppi resolution.

Here it is, with two black lines, for security. I can always change the bg, and give you a master with no black lines.
