Need experienced moderators to help run my forum.

I run a Decals Forum and I am looking for some moderators to help me run it. Most of the moderators I currently have do not have much experience. Looking for people who knows what to do and knows how to recruit new members, maintain and manage members. I will also give each moderator who applies 100 credits for incentive/promotional purposes.
