Need help for logging into x10hosting forums

i got notification from x10hosting about " Account Inactivity Suspension Warning "
in the message i read that i have to login to my account and in the forums for once in a month to avoid account suspension.
but the problem is that i don't remember if x10hosting has provided me the username and password for forums at the time of registration and if it has provided than i don't remember my username and password for forums and i have deleted that mail form x10hosting.
please provide me my username and password for forums because i think x10hosting also creates account for forums at the time of creation of account for web hosting if it doesn't than please tell me if i have to register on the forums because i don't want my account suspended.
