Need help install ecard system

I have recently downloaded a php ecard system call gcards:

-and i want to install it for my phpbb forum, but i have no idea how to install it, i read the instruction for installation but it is not enough for a noob like me, if any one have been installed this script so it can be intergrated with phpbb forum or know how to get it done, please help me out..Thanks

Sorry, I am unaware of the program but, For phbb i think its admin controls -> skin editor(or something)-> you should be able to upload Plugins from there. Im not sure though so dont be annoyed if it doesnt work
