need help PLEASE

i have asked for help and nobody will respond. I cannot get my domain to go to my page.. domain is filehostingdirectory.com and when I try to park the domain it says

Error from hooks wrapper: Domain action was not successfully completed [1]. Error: Error from park wrapper: filehostingdirectory.com is already configured.

can somebody PLEASE help me because I'm extremely frustrated and can't figure this out for the life of me. thanks

The domain is already in our DNS. If you previously added it, it needs to be manually removed first.
