Need help to active my suspended hosting account

Hello sir/ma'am

I am new to x10hosting.com. I have a free hosting account with x10hosting.com. But recently it is suspended due to not registered with x10hosting forum. I don't understand before that it is necessary to get registered with x10hosting forum. I thought it is an optional choice. But I am really sorry for my mistake and not following the instruction properly. Now i get registered with forum and i want to activate my hosting account. Please help me to activate my hosting account.

Hello x10hosting team! Here I am again, i experienced again suspended hosting account. I've been busy this past days that's why i wasn't able to post in your forum. Now, I'm begging again with you to activate my account. We need to make user's manual and pass the site i made.
