Need help to create x10hosting new account

Hi,

I can't create new account !
First, i select the "AD FREE" (apply now for a free plan).
Then, 3 step :
Step 1 : Hosting plan "AD FREE" + Domaine name in x10hosting.com. OK.
Step 2 : Account username/password and personnal details. OK
Step 3 : Forum username / password : NEVER OK !!!
If i write nothing : You must supply your forum username and password
If i write anything : The forum account supplied does not exist.

What must i do ????

Why do you want a new account? I see a hosting account linked to your forum account:

cPanel User: ermite67
Domain: ppsoft.x10hosting.com

Seems he didn't read "almost all over the place" that you may only have one account.

Please re-read the Terms of Service. You are allowed only one account.
If you are wishing to change your hosting package, please post in the Upgrades / Downgrades / Changes section.
