Alright, i have a template that iam going to use for a dog club of my friends and i have the template and everything. But how do i make everything work i the website? Like how can i change everything from a administrator panel? How do i erase and edit things from the website? And how do i make the login work and everything work? I know i need scripts and a cms i think...if you know anything about this and help me out ill give 500 points for the person that tells me and helps me on how to install this things to make my site work thanks.

I don't completely understand what your trying to tell us but I know a lot about web sites, it's just that you haven't explained things in a way that people would understand, are you talking about the cPanel which can be accessed be going to - yoursite.com:2082 then you just need to login and there you go.

If I understand correctly, you have a template for a website, and the website is ready to be uploaded.
BUT

1. You don't know how to use cPanel to upload your site.

   And how do i make the login work and everything work?

2. You don't know how to edit the HTML or the Content of the site.

   But how do i make everything work i the website?

   How do i erase and edit things from the website?

3. You need Java or PHP scripts for your website, to work efficiently

   I know i need scripts and a cms i think

Soultion

1. cPanel can be found at yoursite.domain:2082 To upload your website, you will need to login to cPanel, and find the Link to File Manager (folder Icon) then a pop-up will appear, if you want to upload your website to the main/home directory, choose to show the home directory and upload your files there.
2. To edit content of a website, you can either use a WSYIG(Spelling) editor, or a program like MS Frontpage. If you would like to use the WSYIG editor then you could use it in File Manager of cPanel. Just highlight the file you want to edit and click edit HTML code on the top. Edit the html and publish. Pretty much the same in Frontpage.
3. I don't know Java or PHP ... Ask the staff they would know (if you want scripts for a CMS there are many modules and plug-ins you can get for a CMS try Googling them)
4. You can do this in two ways A) Using Fantastico B) Manual Install

• Method A: In cPanel scroll down to the icon Fantastico de leuxe (Smiely face Icon) in the fantastico page choose from the many CMS available... from then on i don't know...
• Method B: Download the CMS from the net or somewhere else. Follow the instructions in the Readme of the file

Is the template for a CMS or is it a static html page ?
It sounds like you want to apply the template to the CMS (would help if you said which one you are using) ?

I also get the impression some one made you a static html page that looks all nice and snazzy with login forms and stuff but now left you to set it up?
To do with the login, is it a script ?
