Need help with account

I had my account deleted the other day. I had the php intermediate access. I started a new account it still said i have intermediate access, but now when i go to load wordpress Im getting the "Fatal error: SUHOSIN - Use of preg_replace() with /e modifier is forbidden by configuration in /home/oberon/public_html/wp-includes/kses.php(627) : regexp code on line 627

I figure the account needs to be upgraded to php even though it says I have it due to the new account with same name. Thanks for your services.
