need help with ads and smf

ok im rebuilding my site to use my favorite forum software SMF.

im also using tiny portal and iv added a "Powerd By"bloc on the right side and put in the java ad code.

the problem is that the ad dosn't render

at the moment all my users see is this http://www.flashplace.co.nr

if i view the source the noscript its are all there but just no ad.

can any one help plz.

I recommend you to read the following guide: http://forums.x10hosting.com/showthread.php?t=22500 and use one of the mods.
It's easier, and it will save you much more time.

the problem is that nither of those mods work verry well with tiny portal i have had alot of truble with that mix before and there not that good for advanced ads cus there desighned for banners. but thanx anyway.

The guy to talk to about SMF is Geoff. I'm quite sure he could tell you.

The ad mod works great with SMF and TP and so does the Global Headers and footers mod. I think the problem you are running into, if you are using a custom theme then you have to modify template files in order to get mods to work. If you take a look at my site I am running about 33 modification packages plus a whole bunch of manual modifications.
