need help with mysql

ok i am having more problems with mysql and my site i was having problems earlier where it was denying access and now it displays an error message " Warning: mysql_fetch_array(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/xxx/xxxx/config.php on line 20 "
