Need help with Random.org

I got 9909 Rapidshare Points. I just need around 100 points more and I will be able to get a rapidshare premium account.

Of course I have no use for it, so I might think of starting a draw or something for people to enter and win it.
A lot of people here use random.org, but I don't know how to use it. Do you have to pay or something to use random.org?

No. There is no need to pay to use Random.org. Although you are limited to how much you can do in a certain amount of time. Take a few moments and read their FAQ ( http://www.random.org/faq/ ). Not only would it answer how to use their service, but every question you may have about their service.
