Need Help with user CP

Im New to this type of Control pannel and I have No idea how to upload my site

How do you make the index.html page? Ive uploaded it but when I go on my sites URL, its just that parent directory page?

How do you gte the URL of a file you upload?

You should put your files inside the /public_html/ folder. You can use an FTP program or the File Manager in your Control Panel.

Your URL is "http://youraccountname.10hosting.com/".

Imagine you put a file called "image.jpg" in the /public_html/ folder. Then, the address for that file will be "http://youraccountname.10hosting.com/image.jpg".

Thought so. How do I upload to the /public html/ folder?

EDIT - doesnt matter I found out what I need to do.
