need help

when i try to log in to the account page i get this error :

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue

but on Cpanel it doesnt..

It doesn't look like your account is linked correctly. When was your account created?

I have the same error when I try to login to my account that was created 4 days ago.

What is your cPanel username and are you able to login to cPanel?

im on ciroc and all my logins on 10x is tyrsted. and yes i can log in to cpanel!

Your account seems OK now. Are you still getting this error?

Also you need to use your forum username and password on the x10hosting.com/account page.
