I get this error, when I go to my forum. I know what it means, but I don't know how to fix it

Could someone please tell me how?

The MySQL table may need to be repaired. What database is the table 'mods' under?

It's either that or you need to do as the 'note' tells you:

The above error might possibly go away if you execute the latest version of upgrade.php.

Another member had a similar problem.
He solved it by going to:
cPanel > MySQL Databases
And there, you select "Repair" in the database that is crashed.

Let us know if it worked.
