Need Help

Hi, I've just recently bought a website from nkdeus and installed it successfully. The only problem is, is that when I go to open up "index.php" in my browser I am directed to a page with a fatal error on it.

I emailed nkdeus support and they emailed me back saying:

"I think the best solution is to change your hosting because he blocks an essential function."


What is this essential function? and can it be unblocked?

Any help will be greatly appreciated as my clan mates are starting to become rather annoyed with the site being delayed

Yes. It can be resolved. And it could be resolved even without you having to post as you could of done a search for it and found about a dozen or more threads related to it.

You need to login to your Account Management Panel ( www.x10hosting.com/account ) with your FORUM name and password, and upgrade your PHP to version 2.

Thank you for your help. It was greatly appreciated.

But the problem is still there even after I upgraded to PHP v 2. Is there a reason for this?
