Yes, it is nulled (illegal) and is a forum offering warez.

No, he does not need ads because he's hosted at Host name edited out -Brandon. But he can get shut down for using an illegal forum and distributing warez.

He's also not supposed to link to that from here, even in his sig.

I reported it to IPS yesterday but I went ahead and contacted his web host.
