Need some help making comments section

Hey all,
I'm looking to create databases in order to create an image gallery that users can leave comments on.
I have made a image gallery like this before, only the last time I was using a testing server. Wampserver is the program.
Is linking to a database on x10 just the same or is there a different procss completely.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Do you know any php and sql at all? it can easily be implemented with this. If you do I'll let you know how
