May I suggest TISFAT? http://hacsimile.co.za/tisfat/

The site seems to be down currently. I guess you're using Windows since I don't think Pivot runs on anything but Windows, so here's the Windows version of TISFAT:

I haven't used Pivot nor TISFAT in a few years, although I remember TISFAT having a steeper learning curve than Pivot although being a better program.
