Need staff assistance

John Baker here, trying to reply to a staff member named Eric B at 2013-11-12 20:04:52 message to my account, but when I hit reply, the screen goes blank. I tried IE, chrome, and Foxfire and all ends the same. I don't have access to anything else so If someone please give me his contact info so I can upgrade my account, that would be great!

If the "reply" thing on the appeal system is still throwing the white page error, send in the reply through the "report abuse" link in the bottom left on x10hosting.com; I'm tied into that system as well and as long as it's got a cpanel username in there, I can trace it back to the appeal and work it through there as well.

Normally I'd say post it here, but since there's a token we need to run past XenForo, I don't feel comfortable running it here; I know the token's secure if only we see it, but I don't know if posting it in public is safe :)

Edit: Also, try replying again - it sounds like the admin team may have gotten the bug fixed, as I'm seeing replies show up on other tickets as well. If that system works, it's by far the best, but otherwise send the reply as directed above to keep things secure/safe.
