Need suggestions

Please visit my site, http://fye.uni.cc, and give me some suggestions. I have been working on this site for a few months. I need some suggestions on what to change, remove, and add. The site is powered by joomla, simple machines forum, and wordpress. I also have a arcade. I'm working on a online role playing game, but it's not working very well. Please comment on it.

I think the font size (for the news items) are too large. Try decreasing the size a little bit.
P.S. Do I have to sign up to use the arcade?

The font was big so some my friends would read it.
You can play in the arcade, but you need to register to submit scorse.
Somehow I mixed of the template files. The forum is still working but is showing the wrong style.

The main site and the forums don't match; try using a similar design for both.
As for the rest, they are great. If you want a rating, I would give your site a 7.3/10 rating. (10/10 for the main site, 5/10 for the forums, 7/10 for the arcade (the average))
