Need to Add a CNAME et al

Dear Admins,

Two items:
First, can you please add a cname for me? I need this change in order to create a website through Apple Mobileme. To use the iWeb, I must change the CNAME record with my domain host. I have been instructed to have the CNAME destination set to web.me.com.

Second, I've been able to access x10 using two different user names: mawsonii and mawsonii70. Not sure how this happened. Have I mistakenly created two accounts? Do I need to take corrective action? If so, what?

To answer your first question:
You can do this yourself in cPanel. Under the Domains box, you should find Simple DNS Zone Editor, where you can add your own CNAME records.

To answer your second question:
Your cPanel hosting username is mawsonii which is attached to your FORUM account mawsonii70.
Your current forum account of mawsonii is not linked to any hosting account.

Login here at http://x10hosting.com/control/ and go to Account > Forum Account if you need to change the forum account thats linked to your hosting account. Direct link to swapping accounts: https://x10hosting.com/control/?account&vb&swap

Basically, if you're posting a support request, you should use the account thats linked to a hosting account, which at this time is mawsonii70, not the one you're posting from.
