Need to Add a CNAME

Dear Admins,

Can you please add a cname for me?

I am doing it for Google Mail. Here is their directions to me:

To use the custom URL mail.ultimatevelocity.net, you must change the CNAME record with your domain host.(Thats you)

1. Find the CNAME settings and enter the following as the CNAME value or alias:
   
   mail
2. Set the CNAME destination to the following address:
   
   ghs.google.com

I would really appreciate it.
