Need to Change Folder Permissions

Hi,

I've installed an application on my website and it needs to change a few folder permissions from 0755 to 0777. I've kind of done it, but it always resets itself to 0777. The application in question is Piwik.

How do I resolve this please?

There are a couple problems with the servers right now, bear with us. Staff are aware of the problem.

Ahh. So normally I should just be able to adjust it within the "File Manager"?
