i received answer to trouble ticket about changing billing info on my account
Ticket ID: OTR-270276
when i returned to log in and prepay the account with a prepaid credit card my account wasn't accepted
thinking i used wrong password my email wasnt in the system neither were my usual alternatives i need the login to be able to pay the bill as the old billing info is going to a now defunct account
this ticket is being submitted here to try and reach someone since i cant log in to the paid side of the service
