I am moving eHumor, http:/e-humor.net to a new layout and need you to help me decide on something

If you go to http://e-humor.net/home.php, you will notice that the content titles in the middle open in a new window. Should I keep it like that or should I have it open in the same window? The layout is limiting content to a certain width, I will have a separate page layout for the new window.

I'd go with same window, but make sure you add a back button (either javascript to go back one page or just a link to the index).
