needhelp changing my password

for some reason I cannot change my cpanel password to one that I would like, it keeps on saying:

Your password could not be changed because the new password failed with the following reason : (it is based on a dictionary word), please try again!

but it is unlike any dictionary word that I know of, is there another way I can change my cpanel password?

thanks, I thought that form was for changing your account type and your forums stuff, I didnt know it includes cpanel stuff, Thank you so much!
