Neeed help with email accounts

I cannot login nor create/re-create the email addresses I had before.

Do you get a error when you try to create them?

Yes.

Sorry, you have exceeded the maximum allowed email accounts.

But there used to be 3 of them, but the other one got deleted by your system because I changed the password since I ket getting errors logging in.
