I could do with some guidence about how to use this service. Can someone please help or send me in the right direction of where to get some. thanks!:nuts: :dunno:

Also, make sure you keep updated on the news and whatnot posted in the Announcements forum -- it is required that you log into your forum account at least once every two weeks, otherwise your account will be suspended for activity.

As MicroTech mentioned, read through the TOS and make sure you get the necessary ads up on your site (unless you signed up for the Static package, or if you have purchased ad-free hosting). If you violate the TOS, you will be suspended for a number of days (usually 4-7). You can then appeal to your suspension in the Suspended accounts forum, where you can request it to be rechecked if you want. Be sure to check the pinned topics I wrote in this forum and the Suspended Accounts forum as well.
