New account - can't access cPanel

I just created a new account and tried to check out cPanel, but no go. I can log in and view my account details without problem. Please advise...

For some reason it didn't create your account correctly, I have recreated it and PMd you a new password.

have you tried logging in an alternative browser & or clearing your cookies yet?
